Suicide is one of the top 10 leading causes of death in the United States. In the state where I practice, South Carolina, suicide is actually the second leading cause of death for ages 15-34. I know this is a difficult conversation. However, we believe and research has shown that the key to those in need getting help is to continue the conversation. We believe that each person's story is important and worth sharing!
